Role — UX & UI Design with contributions to Product Management, Branding, and Marketing.

Journey: At Squarespace, my role was multifaceted and dynamic. I played a pivotal role in defining the visual language of our interface, streamlining the information architecture, and guiding products from conception to their market launch.

Throughout my tenure, I made significant contributions to key platform updates and pioneered several new features. However, four projects remain particularly close to my heart:

1. Squarespace 7: A holistic redesign aimed at revamping the Squarespace website creation and management experience. Our vision was to simplify the editing process while introducing a fresh visual language for our entire web interface. This effort didn’t go unnoticed – Wired hailed it as a "UX Dream" and even listed it among the most inspiring designs of 2014. Adweek lauded the new interface as "Radical... a revelation." Our cohesive team efforts culminated in receiving a Webby Award for best Aesthetic.

2. Cover Pages: An innovative tool designed for creating sleek, single-page websites, catering especially to businesses looking for a quick yet sophisticated online presence.

3. Commerce Tax Management: Recognizing the challenges small businesses face with taxes, we introduced a feature that simplifies documentation and tax management. It became an essential tool for entrepreneurs to navigate the complex world of taxes with ease.

4. Mobile Apps: Venturing into the mobile domain, I was involved in crafting custom-built apps for Android, while also having the privilege to design the iOS and Android app icons, ensuring that our branding was consistent across platforms.
